Excellent place with great amenities like wi-fi, 24-hour reception, and a rooftop pool. The staff even helped me find a place to exchange money on my first stay. I highly recommend it! I'm coming back for Christmas!

Very good

Airy and beautifully maintained room for what we needed with balcony and a good view. This was a good and decent location just next door to Close enough to walk to the beach / promenade, major tourist spots in Pondicherry and all best restaurants like the Palais the Mahe, Budh Bay at Promenade, Dupleis.

The setting was not so nice.

It was perfect for our family gathering, especially since my aunt joined us. The decorations were festive, and we all loved the delicious food in the dining hall. The chef personally checked in on us!

My kids wished there were more activities for them to enjoy.

The early check-in and a safe place to store my bags made everything easy. The rooftop pool and spa services were perfect for unwinding after a busy day. Just a heads up, the laundry service took a bit longer than expected, but it was totally worth it 😊

The Executive Double Room was spacious and well-equipped. Loved the comfy queen-size bed and the good light from the big windows. The AC worked great, but it was really chilly and the control was a bit off, so I had to turn it off at night. The flat TV was a nice touch, though channels weren't HD. There were also lots of amenities like a mini bar stocked daily, cool. It felt cozy but just had a few quirks that could be improved.
